| Bibliography: | The book uses the systems perspective as a basic orientation to describe small group communication as open complex system. In addition, we present several perspectives for understanding group communication within a systems framework, focusing on ethics, deversity, creasity, and teams. Ethics is applied and discussed throughout the text. Creativity is connected to the value of group and teams, and specific approahes and problem-solving tools are presented to enhance individual and team skills. |
